And that is smart.
If you really want to get a clear idea of what we can do for you, without committing to a contract before seeing, feeling, knowing and tasting, then this is a good option for you.
What you get in a Pre Signing Visit
A menu tasting for 2: From our Silver menu included in the price of the packages, you will get to taste up to 5 appetizers, 2 options of salad, 2 options of pasta, 2 options of soup or cream, 2 options of main course with 4 options of sides. 2 options of wedding cake Served with black coffee. This will include the tasting of our specialty cocktails what will be served during cocktail hour at the wedding day.
2 mockup table set ups that include:
Furniture: Pick 2 from our 3 options of tables included in the packages price (wood rectangular table, wood square table and round table with tablecloth) and from our chairs (wood crossback, wood upholstered deco and gold Chiavari). With or without a wood gazebo.
Floral decoration: 2 different designs of centerpieces as Gaby proposals for your wedding decoration (the design and color for these arrangements will be taken from inspirational pictures you provide, within the floral variety and decorative items included in the price of the package).
Table top: Besides the floral centerpieces, you will be able to see 2 fully decorated tables. You will see your table with different charger plates, glassware, cutlery, linen napkins colors, candles, candle holders and table numbers to pick your favorites). All of this will come from the inspirational pictures you provide and we always try to get as close as we can of the look you want at the included price.
Price for the pre signing visit: $300 USD
Don't forget you would get all of this for free if you already signed a contract with us before your visit :)
What would have an extra cost?
If you want different furniture than what is quoted in the package
If you want to have a second tasting with another catering vendor. Or make changes to our menus. Or if you need a specialty menu (vegan/vegetarian/kosher/ethnic menus, etc). This will also affect the final price of the package depending on the vendor of your choice.
If you bring guests to the tasting. The cost per extra person is $50 USD.
If the decorative items and/or floral variety of your preference is not within what is included in the package, lets say you want a different charger plate or a particular style or color of wine glass that needs to be rented, or the centerpieces you want include premium flowers such as orchids, tulips, hydrangeas, peonies, etc. If the floral to greens proportion from the centerpieces of your choice is different from what we have included in the price of your package (70 greens to 30 flower) or are bigger or you want decorative structures or additional services than the ones specified in your package.
The price for these upgrades or second tasting would depend on the service and/or vendor selected. You will get a quote of all of these for your approval.
Pre signing visit must be fully paid and scheduled at least one month before your trip. The cost of this service is non refundable and not accounted to the total of your package price in case you decide to sign with us after your visit. In case you want to add extra guests to the tasting, its $50 usd per person for our silver menu.
